5 night minimum on all bookings 6 and 7 Bedroom Pool Home bookings.

Clean fee applies for all stays less than 5 nights on  2, 3, 4 & 5 Bedroom pool homes, Condo’s and Town homes.

Pet fee will be $200.00 for the first pet and $100.00 for each additional pet.  The weight requirement is no more than 20 lbs.

BBQ rental fee is $55.00

Pool Heat:  $35.00 per day and a one-time $25.00 turn on fe.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heat:  $55.00 per day

Early Check in Fee:  $55.00 (2 PM Early Check in based upon availability)

Late Check out:  $55.00 (12 PM Late Check out based upon availability)

Crib & Highchair rental fees:  $40.00 per week

Game Console Rental:  $50.00 (play station & Xbox)

Games Room upgrade:  Additional $10.00 per night (Based on availability)

Specific Location request:  Additional $25.00 fee
